Daily tour to Longsheng. We offer round trip transfers by company van or car. If you decide to stay overnight and continue to visit other attractions and villages in nearby areas on the Dragon Backbone Mountain , there are local public bus transfer service between Longji to Guilin. The cost is USD 3 per person. You will have a chance to contact with local villagers and experience their lives. |

Tour will start at 8:00 am. You will be picked up from the hotel in Guilin. It will take 2 hours from Guilin to Longsheng by car. This is the best place for taking the photo of the huge terrace. Visiting Ping’an, an village of Zhuang Ethnic minorities. For more details, please read our introduction and photos of this area.
You will have a typical Chinese lunch in a local restaurant.
Later today, return back to Guilin.

Longsheng is famous for the Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces: 60 square kilometers of terraced rice fields southeast of Longsheng. They were first built in the Yuan dynasty and completed in the Qing dynasty by Zhuang ethnic minorities. The terraced fields are built along the slope winding from the riverside up to the mountaintop, with the highest place of an elevation of 885m and the lowest 380m. The coiling line spirals up from the mountain foot to the top, the shape of mountain looks like a huge snail seeing from afar. |
