answer： We are glad to service you. The freight is depend on how many cloths you need and the exactly price is upon the country and place you are in and the way of sending the product.
For example: a japaness customer, if she chooses the express mail,then the freight she need to pay is 180RMB for 1 chipao ,220RMB for 2 chipaos, if the count of the chipao is over 2 the price will be add 40RMB for every 1 more. The arrival time of the product is 7-9 days. If you choose other ways for transportation ,the freight will be cheaper but the time will be longer.

Ask：How to calculate the price for the custom-made chipao?
answer：The price for custom-made chipao= manufacture fee + price of the fabric + 盘扣工本费，the freight is additional.
At the low left coner of every style picture it is the manufacture fee for the style,and at the low left coner of every fabric picture it is the price for the fabric.工本费is 20RMB for each.

Ask：How to calculate the price of each garment ?
answer：Every garment has a price on the right coner of the picture. The freight is addional.(which mainly about the package fee the mail price,the checking fee for the custom,we don`t another fee).

Ask：Do the customers pay something else except the price shown beside the picture?
answer：Yes it is. The domestic customer have to pay 30RMB for transporting one product(of course if you marked the ordinary mail on the special request part, we won`t charge you the transport fee). The transport fee for the Customers abroad is counted as the number of the product, the exactly price depend on where you are and the way you choosed to sending the product.

Ask：Do you start to making th e chipao after you confirm the payments?
answer：Yes we do. Or you can fax us your receipt of the remittance the fax No is 0086-773-2880322.
After we recived the fax we will start to make the chipao,so that it would short the time of you recive your product. For some familiar customers,regularly we will start making after ???we get the book form.

Ask：I am in the USA, and I want to buy a chipao, can you send the product to the America ? Need I to pay the custom?

answer： Yes ,we can send it to the USA. Our products can be sent to many countries and regions of the world by air. If its not over weight of 20kg,you don`t need to pay the custom.

Ask：I want to pay in japanese money(no RMB), is that ok?
answer：Yes it is ok. We accept US dollar, Pound, Euro, HK dollar,Canada money and Australian money.The payment of the chipao is the total price in RMB (Chinese money) change into the money you want to pay base on the lastest rate which is offered by the Bank of China.(Because of that the foreign currency market stop on weekend so we follow the rate on Friday.)

The domestic customer, if you have an emergency,all you need is 20RMB more for the hurrier,then you will ricive your product in 5-6 days after the payment be confirmed.
Customers overseas ,you can choose the Ems global mail express ,then you will recive the product in 7-9 days after the payment be confirmed.
Ems global mail express , they charge the money as the number of the product ,the exactly price depend on where you are. Due considering of the high price of the Ems ,we don`t charge more fee.

Ask：Can the price be cheaper?
answer： If you are our registered member you can get 10% discount, the freight is additional.
If you are domestic customer ,you can mark the ordinary mail on the book form. We will not charge the trsport fee. But the reciving time will be longer. You will get the product in 17—25 days after we confirmed the payment.
If you buy the product more than 2 you will also get the discount which is 3—5 pieces,5% discount; 5—10 pieces 10% discount ; more than 10 pieces 20% disocunt.(and you can`t have the discounts at the same time)

answer： Yes you can. If you are not satisfied with the garment, one week after reciving the goods you can return to us. But the goods must be no weared and teared, our shop will return all the money you gave us except the transport fee. ?You gonna take care every charge of returning the goods, such as the mail. The cloth made to order can not be returned except the inferior goods.

Ask：What is the inferior goods? What can I do when I meet the inferior goods?
answer： If the product be damaged badly ,or the size doesn`t fit you very much ,it is belongs to the inferior goods. You can return or change it. Our shop will return you all the payment(include the transport fee). The fee for the mail when you return the goods also will be paid by us.
If the customer measure the body did not as the way we offered to cause the cloth not fitted. Customer take the liability.
Example: Miss zhou want to have a chipao made to order ,and she told us her bust is 86cm ,the waist girth is 64cm,the hip girth is 90cm. The? loose and tight degree is standard, so the three girth of the chipao will be 93-94cm,68-69cm,94-95cm; and the 3cm error is allowed ,which means the 3 girth of the chipao is 92～96cm,67～71cm,93～97cm.
But the chipao she recived is not like this and she wanted to return it. The inferior goods was sent to us by mail. Then we made a new one for her immediately,at the same time when we send her the goods we also remit her the fee she paid for the return mail.

Ask：How to choose the loosen and tight degree of the chipao ?
answer：In the book form ,there is item which you can choose the loose and tight degree.
And you can choose the the “close-fitting, standard, loose ”
If you choose the? close-fitting ,the 3 girth of the chipao will be bigger than the date of the customer as 6～7cm,3～4cm,3～4cm
If you choose the standard , the 3 girth of the chipao will be bigger than the date of the customer as 7～8cm,4～5cm,4～5cm.
If you choose the loose , the 3 girth of the chipao will be bigger than the date of the customer as 8～9cm,5～6cm,4～5cm.(if you wear cloth inside the chipao we suggest you choose the loose)
PS: attention that the 中装 the loose and tight degree is different with chipao.
If you choose the close-fitting ,the 3 girth of the chipao will be bigger than the date of the customer as 8～9cm,6～7cm,6～7cm.
If you choose the standard ,the 3 girth of the chipao will be bigger than the date of the customer as 10～11cm,8～9cm,8～9cm.
If you choose the loose ,the 3 girth of the chipao will be bigger than the date of the customer as 12～13cm,10～11cm,10～11cm.

answer：We can make mostly,all you need is sending us a e-mail.

answer： No we don`t take extra fee for the special requests, for example: if you want to rise the hight of the slit, or change the zipper to clasp on the flank of the chipao.

answer：wdays are made by fabric of brocade,
And this fabric is not only washed by water but also the wash machine ,the btter way is to send it to the special laundry.
You need to very careful of wearing,sapciall not be touched by the oil,coal and lipstick, because these kinds of things are hard get rid of,even for the special laundry. And don`t wear the same chipao for days.
Be careful of the sharp things,and don`t rise the sleeve for conveninence.
If the chipao was dirtied by accident,you can iron it with a tiny wet cloth. And it will be cleaned and also ironed.
If you don`t wear the chipao for long time,you can hang it with a hanger and the shoulder part must be flat,do not forget the mothball. The light or white colour silk can not use the camphor ball if the colour will be turned to yellow.

answer： You can use the neutral scour,rubbed it easily,remember do not use the wash machine.and dry it at a cool place,do not insolate it. After the chipao dried to 80%,iron it with covering a white cloth,the temperature could be high,but do not spray water,because it will left the vestige of the water. The chipao need to be dry before storage,the light and white colour do not use the camphor ball, because it will turn the colour to yellow.

Ask： How tho wash and maintian fine of the chipao made by synthetic fibre ?
answer： First wash it with clean water,then the alkalescence scour with the warm water which the temperature not higher than 40℃ or 104 fahrenheit, rubbed it easily no wash machine.
Pull crimple flat, hang it in a cool place to dry, no insolate. The high temperature is not needed when you ironing.(含氯纶的面料70℃ 以下，含丙纶的面料100℃以下),the temperature should be lower if it is a colourful fabric,and the pressure should not be too high,keep moving is also important,and cover a cloth to pretend the fabric(含维纶的面料不能喷水烫). Storage it after dry.

Ask：How to wash and maintain fine of the cloth made of cotton?
answer： Wash it with clean water after the alkalescence scour. Do not wash it roughly if it will be fuzz balls and do not insolate for long.
When you are ironing,high temperature is not necessary,the better is to cover a white cloth for ironing. Storage it after dry.

Ask：How to wash and maintain fine of the woolen cloth?
answer： Wash it with neutral scour and warm water,do not merge it with hot water. Rubbed it easily,dry it with hanging on a cool place. When you are ironing ,cover a wet cloth,do not iron it with high temperature and many times if it contain the chemical fiber. Keep dry and moth proof when you storage the cloth. The better to hang it.
